Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing to the Lord, all the whole earth!   – Psalm 96:1

Harper Kirk playing the harp at St. John's with a mask during a service with COVID precautions..Part of St. John’s worship includes praising God with music and song. During the current pandemic, our choir has been forced to take a break and we have suspended congregational singing when in-person due to public health concerns. Even with these restrictions, we are incorporating music into worship.

We invite everyone to sing with us during our on-line services! When we can worship together in the sanctuary, we are blessed to have a harpist join us to supplement our organ and piano music. Additionally, from time to time soloists stand on the porch outside the All Saints Chapel and use our sound system to inspire us with song. More information can be found below about our organ and carillon. If you would like to find out more or are considering being part of our music program, please contact our music director, Mr. Ron Gracilla.

St. John’s Carrillon

St. John’s is blessed with a 35-bell Eijsbouts carillon that proclaims God’s praise throughout our neighborhood. This Carillon was given to the parish by the Mr. and Mrs. George Henderson Family in 1969.

In the past, parishioners from a variety of ages have learned to play the carillon and have performed on it regularly. Please contact our Music Director if you have an interest in learning to play this instrument.
